Day 2 California Rally - 1 National Park
We woke to Cat making her annual breakfast for the rally attendees. Food was beyond awesome, homemade jams, biscuitsgravy, sausage, and even cobblers were all from scratch. Needless to say, this was a meal fit to hold us over until dinner. However, we had a lunch meeting with a client in Santa Clarita. They took us to lunch at
https://www.islandsrestaurants.com/. We had to wait a little while for the owner to join us, but we never went a second without a drink. I was thirsty and put down several glasses of tea, but our waitress had a full one there within seconds of when I finished one. Some of the best service I have ever had and the food was good. After our meeting, we headed off to find a National Park...
The humming birds were quite active at Cat's for the breakfast. Shannon enjoys capturing them in action.
